Od skromn\u00fdch po\u010d\u00e1tk\u016f, kdy se prvn\u00ed n\u00e1pady na 3D ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 objekty objevovaly v laborato\u0159\u00edch a na r\u00fdsovac\u00edch prknech vizion\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f, a\u017e po dne\u0161ek, kdy je 3D tisk \u0161iroce vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n v pr\u016fmyslu, medic\u00edn\u011b, m\u00f3d\u011b, elektronice a mnoha dal\u0161\u00edch oborech. Po\u010d\u00e1tky 3D tisku  A\u010dkoli se m\u00e1 za to, \u017ee 3D tisk se zrodil v roce 1984, koncep\u010dn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na t\u00e9to technologii sahaj\u00ed a\u017e do po\u010d\u00e1tku 70. let 20. stolet\u00ed. Jako prvn\u00ed navrhl metodu vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm materi\u00e1lu ve form\u011b pr\u00e1\u0161ku francouzsk\u00fd in\u017een\u00fdr Pierre A. L. Ciraud. Jeho metoda, kterou p\u0159edstavil v roce 1971, spo\u010d\u00edvala v selektivn\u00edm sp\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1\u0161ku pomoc\u00ed laseru &#8211; technologie, kter\u00e1 se pozd\u011bji stala zn\u00e1mou jako SLS (Selective Laser Sintering). V roce 1979 po\u017e\u00e1dal Ameri\u010dan Ross F. Housholder o patenty na t\u0159i metody vrstven\u00ed v\u00fdrobk\u016f, ale jeho n\u00e1pady nebyly nikdy komercializov\u00e1ny kv\u016fli nedostatku finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Podobn\u00fd osud potkal i vyn\u00e1lezy Billa Masterse, tv\u016frce technologie CAMM (Computer Aided Modelling Machine), kter\u00fd vyvinul syst\u00e9m pro vrstven\u00ed kuli\u010dek materi\u00e1lu.  Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 postavy v historii 3D tisku  Za otce 3D tisku je pova\u017eov\u00e1n Charles Hull, kter\u00fd si v roce 1984 nechal patentovat metodu stereolitografie (SLA). Jeho technologie spo\u010d\u00edvala ve vytvrzov\u00e1n\u00ed prysky\u0159ice UV sv\u011btlem, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se vytv\u00e1\u0159ely modely vrstvu po vrstv\u011b. Hull zalo\u017eil prvn\u00ed spole\u010dnost vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00edc\u00ed 3D tisk\u00e1rny, 3D Systems, kter\u00e1 dodnes pat\u0159\u00ed k l\u00eddr\u016fm na trhu. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee t\u0159i t\u00fddny p\u0159ed Hullovou patentovou p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161kou podali patent na podobnou metodu tak\u00e9 t\u0159i francouz\u0161t\u00ed in\u017een\u00fd\u0159i, ale jejich zam\u011bstnavatel\u00e9 ji zam\u00edtli s t\u00edm, \u017ee \u201enem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky obchodn\u00edho \u00fasp\u011bchu\u201c. Dal\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm pr\u016fkopn\u00edkem byl Carl Deckard, kter\u00fd v 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed pod veden\u00edm profesora Joea Beamana na Texask\u00e9 univerzit\u011b vyvinul technologii SLS &#8211; selektivn\u00ed laserov\u00e9 sp\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed. Brzy byla zalo\u017eena spole\u010dnost DTM, kter\u00e1 za\u010dala vyr\u00e1b\u011bt za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed tuto technologii. 80. a 90. l\u00e9ta &#8211; prvn\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di na trhu  V 80. letech 20. stolet\u00ed byla prvn\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm hr\u00e1\u010dem na trhu inkrement\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed spole\u010dnost 3D Systems Charlese Hulla, kter\u00e1 za\u010dala vyr\u00e1b\u011bt a prod\u00e1vat sv\u00e9 stereolitografick\u00e9 stroje. Na trh brzy vstoupily dal\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad DuPont, Loctite, Mitsubishi a Sony, kter\u00e9 vyvinuly vlastn\u00ed verze technologie 3D tisku. V Japonsku vyvinuly technologie 3D tisku spole\u010dnosti NTT Data CMET a D-MEC. V 90. letech 20. stolet\u00ed debutovaly nov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavily dal\u0161\u00ed inovace technologie 3D tisku. V roce 1991 p\u0159edstavila spole\u010dnost Stratasys technologii FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) a spole\u010dnost Cubital vyvinula metodu SGC (Solid Ground Curing). V t\u00e9to dob\u011b tak\u00e9 vstoupila na trh spole\u010dnost EOS, kter\u00e1 se specializovala na tisk kov\u016f a plast\u016f. Pr\u016flomov\u00e9 objevy a technologick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj  V pr\u016fb\u011bhu devades\u00e1t\u00fdch a \u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch let do\u0161lo k dal\u0161\u00edm pr\u016flom\u016fm a inovac\u00edm. V roce 1996 se ofici\u00e1ln\u011b objevil term\u00edn \u201e3D tisk\u201c d\u00edky americk\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Z Corporation, kter\u00e1 vyvinula metodu sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed model\u016f ze s\u00e1drov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku. V roce 1999 vstoupila na trh prvn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 spole\u010dnost &#8211; Beijing Yinhua Laser Rapid Prototypes Making &amp; Mould Technology Co., Ltd., kter\u00e1 nab\u00edzela technologie podobn\u00e9 FDM a dal\u0161\u00ed technologick\u00e9 postupy. V 00. letech do\u0161lo tak\u00e9 k prvn\u00edm v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm akvizic\u00edm na trhu 3D tisku. V roce 2001 spole\u010dnost 3D Systems koupila spole\u010dnost DTM a stala se tak jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f v oboru. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech za\u010dal trh s 3D tiskem r\u016fst je\u0161t\u011b rychleji a p\u0159ib\u00fdvalo nov\u00fdch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f a technologi\u00ed.  Hromadn\u00e1 v\u00fdroba 3D ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f  A\u010dkoli byl 3D tisk zpo\u010d\u00e1tku spojov\u00e1n p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm s rychlou tvorbou prototyp\u016f a kusovou v\u00fdrobou, st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji si nach\u00e1z\u00ed cestu i do hromadn\u00e9 v\u00fdroby. S rozvojem technologie a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016f na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a materi\u00e1ly za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 3D tisk v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et revoluci do tradi\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f. N\u00ed\u017ee se budeme zab\u00fdvat t\u00edm, jak se 3D tisk vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro hromadnou v\u00fdrobu a kter\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed jsou v tomto sm\u011bru v \u010dele. Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed 3D tisk v hromadn\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b  Ve zdravotnictv\u00ed se 3D tisk pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k hromadn\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b implant\u00e1t\u016f, prot\u00e9z, chirurgick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u016f a tak\u00e9 anatomick\u00fdch model\u016f pro \u00fa\u010dely \u0161kolen\u00ed. V automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu se 3D tisk pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdrob\u011b n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f, prototyp\u016f i fin\u00e1ln\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Ve spot\u0159ebn\u00ed elektronice se 3D tisk pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k hromadn\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b kryt\u016f, ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch panel\u016f, tla\u010d\u00edtek a sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ve tvaru na m\u00edru. 3D tisk zp\u016fsobil revoluci tak\u00e9 v m\u00f3dn\u00edm a \u0161perka\u0159sk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje navrhovat a vyr\u00e1b\u011bt jedine\u010dn\u00e9, personalizovan\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyrobit tradi\u010dn\u00edmi metodami.
